easter sunday

with church being early, finding easter eggs had to come after church.  so, we wouldn't let the kids go downstairs for breakfast--their eyes might have spied some hidden easter treats!
so, we had breakfast in the library on the window seat.  the kids thought it was great!

before i would let the kids in the house to find easter candy, i made them take photos.  it was a bit bright outside, can you tell?!

 

the steps didn't work so we tried in the doorway (it's supossed to be good lighting). 

ugh!  still too bright--these are the best we got!

after pictures we let them go crazy finding candy!  the easter bunny, once again, brought too much candy!

rescue heros pretty much rule at our house lately, at least in boston's eyes.

backtracking to march when we went to palm springs, we left the twins home with one of the best babysitters ever. cameron's girlfriend, alisa.  she was nice enough to take pictures of all of the activities they did.  this is the twins favorite coloring spot, the perfect step for them to sit at!

play dough!  (i rarely let them do play dough, it's just so messy! mean mom, i know)

 i assume this is playing kinect on the xbox.  anytime boston can get someone to play video games with him, he's a happy boy!

level 8 regional gymnastics meet

 this is what a very nervous skylar looks like.  i've never seen her this nervous.  ever.  skylar competed against the top level 8 gymnasts in the west.  she did well, could have done better, and had the entire crowd watching and being entertained by her floor routine!  we are very very proud of her!
